The Pregnancy Relaxation classes are a great opportunity to meet other expectant mothers and completely relax under our unique, specifically selected 360-degree projections.
Classes run in 4-week block bookings to allow time to fully learn the effective relaxation techniques and also gain peer support from others within the group.
